There is a guy who lives 10 min away from me that is selling one with the fuel rail and injectors for $300. Is there anyway to tell by looking at it if it is an Ls6 intake vs just an LS1?? also do you think thats a decent price considering its got less than 1000 miles on it??

Check the bottom. LS1 intakes have an arched bottom, LS6's have a flat bottom to allow more flow. Also, the LS6 will not have the EGR provisions on the top front, near where the throttle body bolts up.

I think $300 is a pretty fair price, most around here are going for $300-350 used, with probably more than 1000 miles on all of them. And they usually don't include fuel rail and injectors.

You can also tell by the cast numbers...someone can post up more info about that.

i believe the slp ones did, since they were made to be retrofitted to ls1 cars. stock ls6 ones didnt though...

Yup, I think that is correct. By the thread title though I just assumed this intake came off of a 2002 Corvette.
