Default what's the difference?

hi i'm a newbie F-body driver and i was wondering what kind of difference there really is between cat-backs. i was looking at GMMG, Borla, and TSP Rumbler. the Borla and GMMG are pretty close in price, but the TSP Rumbler is supposedly a good unit and lightweight too. money is not an object at all, i was just wondering what the real difference is between the high priced units and the TSP, or any other cat-back for that matter. also the TSP is a 3" but the GMMG is a 2 1/2", i don't know if that makes a difference. anything you have to share about power and weight would be appreciated thanks.

The higher price catbacks are made out of stainless steel, the tips are sometimes what makes them expensive. For example, a set of Corsa tips costs about $300. I'd go for what sound you like the most out of all of the brands.

Sound is the biggest factor; HP is pretty close. If I recall, the GMMG is 3" and splits into two 2.5" independent set-ups. Its a nice looking piece but pricey compared with a magnaflow or hooker. Tons of posts in this forum about them. Just start reading.

I would go for something made out of stainless. If you like the sound of the GMMG or TSP than the SLP Loudmouth is also worth a look. I think its one the best sounding set ups with stock manifolds and cats. They are all good choices though.
