Default Exhaust Problem Help!

Okay, so i did QTP LTs, TSP catted y and TSP rumbler. i had this finished about a week ago, i was just waiting for the 02 extensions and to schedual a tune. I've been driving the car, running extremely reach with the 02s in the pipe, but not plugged in. So yesterday i get the extentions and plug everyhting in. Didn't sound any different. So I figure I'll head up to pep boys and buy some ehader wrap to put on my wires (3 or so were touching headers, rather be safe than sorry). I make the elft out of my development and i hear a bang from the pass side of the motor. I turn around and go to my friend's house (3 houses away). Along the way the car was running like ****, as if not on all 8 (the car has ran on better on 7 cylinders). He says I should try taking off the batt and plugging it back in will work... nothing. Unplugged the pass side 02... nothing. His only other thought was plug one wire at a timeand see if it sounds the same. I only got around the unpkugging the pass front one, sounded about the same, but there was def a spark. My dad thought one wire might be arcing on the header, but i didnt see anything. Any other advice before I pay a shop to figure this one out?

Wait til it gets dark. Youll see the arc then. My other guess is you could have cracked a plug porcelain but you'd know that as soon as you got in the car and tried to drive off giving it some gas.

Think I got the problem. Since I don't have 02 sims [or tune] yet, and I have the front 02s in, its messing up the code. Its only getting 1/2 the info. Only thing I don't understand, it didn't start running like **** for about 1/8 a mile. My guess, the cats don't heat up till that point, and the rear 02s wouldn't have made a difference?
Either way I won't be driving the car till I get the tune/ 02 sims. Any thoughts are welcome.

The rear O2's are only for emission's purposes and don't affect the computer so they don't matter. If your fronts are plugged in and working properly then look for a plug or wire grounding out. Look at night and you'll see the spark if it is. Also, new headers will often foul out an O2 sensor so you might have lost one already. Try swapping in some new O2's for the fronts.
