Default First dyno run

Well here's the numbers: Bone stock A4

302.8 hp
332.5 ft/lbs. tq.

I was pretty happy with the numbers. Now I was due for an oil change but I don't think that would change the numbers very much but I am going to change the tranny fluid out completely with Royal Purple. Then we'll see if it makes a difference.

Those are very strong numbers for a stock a4. Congrats on the great numbers. How many miles on the car?

Or replace all the internals. If it has never been flushed before you stand a good chance of it shitting on you.

oh bullshit I done proved that gay *** rumor wrong. I got a huge thread in the maintence section on that. do your maintence like you should. flushing the fluid and changing the filter will only help you. flushing it and elaving an old ansty filter in may not help you thats why you should always do it with the flush.

Well I'm planning on ordering some racing style pacesetter LT's with the y-pipe next week. I'll be ordering the SLP loudmouth shortly after and then a lid and bellows and put them all on at the same time and then do another dyno run.

Yeah I was definitely gonna change the filter along with the full flush. When I do things to my car I like to do a complete job. I don't cut any corners lol.

I actually have a friend that has a fully built A4 that he wants to get rid of cuz he wants to go 6 spd. but I haven't seen him for a while and I can't get in touch with him cuz I don't have his number. So I'm kinda stuck with the stock trans for now. But I plan on going with either a 2500 or 2800 stall. My car will be street driven most of the time.

Im gonig with a 3k stall from performabuilt 9.5 inch... a 2800 was my original thought but it was the same price as a 3k so im jsut going with the 3k and should drive really close to stock. everyone on here will tell you go big or dont stall at all but I think a 3k would be a ncie compliment to a cam or any future mods

Those numbers are great for a stock A4. I wouldn't waste any money on the bellows since it's not worth any power. Unless you're doing the cheap fernco route or something similar for looks. Oil will make a very small difference...throw a thinner oil in and it'll give you maybe a couple HP max at the expense of a more protective thicker oil. As far as stock the only numbers I have are from a '98 T/A M6 I used to own. With the free mods (TB bypass, free ram air, EGR mod) and borla catback it did 311/327 so again nice numbers
