my budget is at about $8k.... and about 4.5k is going to the STS kit. i knwo what i want but i just dont knwo the right parts. bigger TB/Intake(getting comp cams Fast TB/intake), injectors and fuel pump will set me back about 450, and i wanna buy some heads to lower compression to run about 10psi without worry of detonation. and im buying MSD coils. now just need to do a lil more research to get this show on the road.
8 grand is enough to make a very well rounded car. I would upgrade the suspension and rear axle first. There is plenty to gain there making the car use it's pwer more effectively. All the power in the world is useless without being able to put it to the ground. And you can't get money out of broken stock parts.
Be sides, if you blow all the money on HP parts and break the rear axle, you will not be driving the car for a while.
