http://www.tpis.com/index.php?module...ed+LS6+Intakes

I've always been somewhat interested in these, but want to hear the opinions of others. I'm sure it doesn't flow as well the good ole FAST 90, but I'm sure it flows better than anything else on the market this side of the FAST.

How is $850 cheaper than a ls6 manifold? Its $350 if you send them your ls6 intake.

I would personally sell my ls6 intake for $300 then add that to the $350 you would spend and buy a fast 90 manifold for another $50.

Either way you are going to have buy a 90mm tb anyway.

I have an LS6 manifold to send in as a core. Where can you buy a FAST 90 for $700? I've seen the 78mm version for that price, but not the 90. I'm not concerned about the TB or anything in front of it, as it would have to be changed either way.

You can get the fast 90mm for $740 shipped brand new. Or you get the 90/PTM combo from TSP for $1050. Thats a deal. Either way if you have a ls6 intake its still going to cost $350 to get that done. IMO its not worth it.

You could sell your LS6 for $300, and be into a FAST 90 for $100 more than the TPIS unit.

Would you really believe someones dyno comparison when they are trying to sell their own product? This shows the TPIS 90mm LS6 making 2rwhp LESS, and only 9rwtq more. If you want to blast off your money on it, feel free.

Also, the FAST 90 has a true 90mm ROUND throttle body. More flow, and easier to sell later.

The TPIS 90mm oval is also $499.00, which is about $100 more expensive than a NW90, so you could buy either setup for the same amount of money.

So does TPiS, they offer the 90mm in round or they have the oval one which requires the use of their TB. The round one can use the LS2 unit.

I have and like it made 473rwhp on a mustang dyno not even trying hard very conservative AFR, and stopped at 6500 (stock rods with ARP bolts.) They have good customer service. Which Mr Gasket who I believe owns FAST does not.

That said the Fast intake seems like a great deal and is a different intake while the TPIS is a LS6 intake with a wider TB, but the LS6 is a pretty proven intake...

Just my .02...

you can??? for $740.00??? where??? cheapest i've found it is $814.99 on lmperformance.com and then for the throttle body if your gettin the one with or with out the TPS . . . the 78mm from FAST is 419.95 without the TPS, but you'd want the 90mm for optimum HP out of the TB. so if you have a LS6 manifold in good condition you can send in for a core, then i'd say do it! if not then you might as well buy a FAST 90/90 with a 90mm Tb with TPS

btw please send me a link to where i can get a FAST for only $740.00 brand new shipped
