I had my stocker ported by New Era Performance and they did a good job. It is also pretty cheap

The Thunder Racing/Katech ported throttle body is the best. Is is cnc ported, the throttle shaft is milled on both sides, the throttle blade is knife-edge finished, and wide-open-throttle stop is adjusted.
