to weld or not to weld

to weld or not to weld well i've finally got my complete exhaust in and i need some help. am i suppose to weld the tsp true duals to the headers or am i suppose to bolt it up some how.
It should slip over the headers. You use band clamps to secure them. If they are welded, you'd have to cut/re-weld if you ever wanted to remove them. They should have come with all the necessary clamps, if not, you need to call TSP.
