Exhaust pipes
Exhaust pipes Is there somewhere I can buy premade pipes for my 99 Z28. I already have the muffler and the tips. I was wanting to know if most people let the shop make some or buy them somewhere. The muffler shop usually uses those pipes with the ridges in them that I am not crazy about. It doesn't look smooth like the pipes I see on most of you all cars. Any help.
What are you trying to do, duals? There are plenty of online places that sell mandrel bent pipes, which is what you are looking for. Most exhaust shops don't have mandrel bending machines, very expensive. That's why you see so much of those crinkle looking bends locally.
Are they aluminum or stainless? Got any pics? Are they factory pipes or what are they? I want some that will go from the muffler to the bumper cover, dual 2.5 in.
