This is completely dependent on your budget and the conditions you drive your car in. Kooks are the best, but will cost you. Personally, I have no complaints with my $500 coated Pacesetter/TSP ORY package, but I'm also a poor college student.

I now have QTPs but have had Jethots and those were great. Fitment was easy. They made great power as well. If I hadn't bought stainless, I was looking at those, Pacesetter, and Edelbrock. I used a Hooker Y pipe with my Jethots as their Y sucks.
