What O2 is Bank 1 Sensor 1?

What O2 is Bank 1 Sensor 1? My car has been giving me **** this past week and I'm out of ideas as to what it is...
I changed my plugs and wires back in Oct. NGK TR55 and MSD wires. I also put in new bosch 13111 O2's.
I've checked all the plugs and wires and found that one of my wires had a broken conductor... replaced that with a factory wire and it was running great no codes or any misfire...this was on thursday night. So I had my car scanned at work and the only thing showing up was that my bank 1 sensor 1 was not reading anything...I've got LTs and an ORY...so I only have the 2 front O2's. But the scanner was picking up the other 3. I'm confused.

Driver side front 02. Might not be that though.
Try this. With car running unplug the driver side coil pack. Car should stay running. Then plug back in
With the car running unplug the passenger side coil pack. Car should stay running. If it dies, the problem is probably the driver side injectors. Check the fuses.
