ASCD WS6 style hood and BG Ram air mod?
I purchased a ASCD WS6 style ram air hood a few weeks ago and it is about to be installed. I was wondering if anyone has made the Brian Greene ram-air mod work on this hood? I would really like to run the BG setup as it looks to be very effective at sealing the hood to the airbox.
If the BG setup doesn't fit, what is everyone using to get a sealed setup? Weather stripping?
I am going to use the WS6 lower air box assembly and seal off the bottom of the airbox and sell the FTRA kit, as it won't be needed anymore.

Brian looked at my hood when I had my 99TA(Brian lives up the road from me) and he said that it would take a lot to get it to work and that it wouldn't line up correctly.
I ended up using gaskets that had tape on one side. It worked ok but eventually I just opened up the hood totally, both baffels and the screens cam out. The airbox got plenty of cold air in it.

Hey Matt, the FTRA kit is already sold locally.
Thanks mrgto. I think I already planned on removing the baffles. I want to seal the airbox to the hood if at all possible. I'll see what I can come up with.
