I'm sure it could be done.. Sniffer tests are easy, I think moat would be surprised by how "clean" our cars are.. The visual inspection is something all together different <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Visual in IL is very lenient. A friend went with no cats and no muffler on his LT1 and passed the visual. I went with one cat and no muffler on my LS1 and passed visual. To be honest, I don't think they even looked.

We both failed the im240 miserably though.
