Default Header install need help

I have just helped install headers on a buddies 00 WS6. After the install we went to start the car and it would only crank, it wouldn't fire. We put it on auto tap and the code it is reading is P0335 crank position sensor. Can anyone help with the location of this sensor? Is it the sensor above the starter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We replaced the crank position sensor with a known good one and it still will not start. We are bewildered. He pulled apart the wiring to the crank position sensor to see if he had accidentally sheared a wire during the header placement and the wires are fine. You guys know of any reason why he would get this code?

Did you pull any wires during the install?
What headers?
Did you take the coil packs off?

Yeah he pulled the coil packs. He installed the slp longtubes. All the wires we pulled we have checked over and over they are all plugged back in. Everytime we go to start it though it will not fire and just cranks also sends the P0355 code.

There are four sensors that come down on that harness fron the computer.
The abs sensor-whit/blue plug, the O2 sensor-easy one, the one below the starter which is low oil or pressure, and the CPS which is right above the starter tucked in behind the solenoid.
The cps wire has a blue w/ white stripe, a green, and a yellow with black stripe in the center.
I've gotten that code 8 times in the last 8 months, it was either burnt all the way thru or cooked a little bit.
There's a wire cut, burnt or it's not hooked in right.
I can't imagine that a reset of the computer/battery would be a difference but I'm sure you've probably done that.
The blu/white wire is the actual cps signal wire of the three, make sure that bad boy is okay.
