Here's alist you need before install:

New factory manifold gaskets(or reuse old)
Restrictor plates for air valves.
02 wiring extensions.1'
Sawzall or something to cut stock exhaust back.
Torque wrench-18ft/lb's for header bolts.
New plugs-while they will be out.
Patience

Make sure the car is at least 2-2.5' off the ground to get the headers in.

I have some pics.E-mail me if you want them ie hight ect.

1st remove all the header bolts (removing some pass. coil packs will help)

remove spark plugs

lift car and remove exhaust, (wd-40 ahead of time will help)

get the car as high up on normal jackstands as you can get.. both go in from the bottom

you will probably need room on the drivers side so go ahead and change the oil at the same time, removing the oil filter and drain plug

install new plugs while you are at it.

you may have to cut down the head of the drain plug to allow it to be removed in the future with the headers in place.

you may have to cut some off of your cat back I-pipe to fit behind the flp y-pipe. an inch or so. check this before you lock down any clamps

push aluminum foil in the notch on the clamps if you can't get them to seal.

Also remove the heat shield over the clutch line for easy installing.
You might have to grind down the stearing bolt and nut.If I knew this before everything was done I would of dimpled the header tube instead.
