Do Hooker LTs come with collector flanges?

Do Hooker LTs come with collector flanges? From this pic I can't tell if those rings are collector flanges or collector flange gaskets. Looks like you get the bolts but do you get both the flange and gasket in the kit? How did most people attach them to the header? Weld or get the lip of the collector flared?

Re: Do Hooker LTs come with collector flanges? i jus got mine in today and it doesnt come with flanges or those gaskets pictured in the pic you sent. what it did come with were o2 extensions ,ne bolts, and the manifold gaskets along with the egr and air pump gaskets

Re: Do Hooker LTs come with collector flanges? That seems to be the consensus. I was advised against welding the collector to the y-pipe by a person at Jet-Hot. I guess I'll have a y-pipe built with slip fit connectors or just wait till the Hooker pipe comes out.
