Did you read what you quoted? He never mentioned any loss of acceleration. Your exhaust guy is full of crap.

I have built several of these for people and you will not be able to tell me which is which by sound when compared to the dual 3" after the merge version.

That seems much cheaper than the alternative true duals. Got a sound clip?

Yeah I read it but I just wanted to be sure because I figured a guy who does exhaust for a living would know what he is talking about when it comes to exhaust systems. However, I have not heard anybody on this forum who has had the same experiance. Good news for me though because I like the sound of duals far better!

Remember just because he hangs pipe on cars, doesn't mean he knows anything about how they work. Can be said for many professions actually.

That's true. I'm glad he is wrong then because there is no question that I will switch to duals now. He was the only thing that was stopping me from going that route.

No, and I have gotten messages asking me if I was still making them and the answer to that is no.

I used to build 3" duals with x pipe and dynomax bullets and systems like you see above all the time. The sound is identical. The power is also identical as my trap speeds were 93mph and 93 mph respectively (1/8 mile)

I was wondering if anybody ever staggered bullets in that position, then y, then 4 inch over axle?
