Default Out with the Macs...In with the dynatechs

Though MACs are without a doubt, the best bang for the buck for headers...I've decided to try some full length headers (1 3/4 ---> 1 7/8 stepped) to maximize my top end a bit more (6000+ rpm).

With the gearing that I have, I'm not really concerned with low end torque

I'm most likely gonna fab up a dual 3" exhaust w/ x-pipe to finish the exhaust.

Any idea if I'll gain anything other than a louder exhaust system

more than likely you wil gain some midrange power and some top end power but I dont see you making more than 6~9 more rwhp up top. Around 3500 rpms you might see upwards of 15 rwhp

Check out my sig for pics of stepped headers with custom dual 3" with an X-pipe and custom merge collectors. I redid the exhaust this week and replaced the crimp bends on the driverside with all mandrel...
