x-pipe into borla?

x-pipe into borla? can this be done and how do you think this will sound? i was thinking of doing this since i already have the x-pipe on my car with bullet mufflers dumped, but i was thinking of replacing the bullet mufflers with pipes going out to a borla exhaust setup with muffler. will this work?

If your talk about seperate borla mufflers.. then I don't see why not. If your running it to a single tube borla catback.. why put a x-pipe? A flowmaster collector would work better.

Re: x-pipe into borla? how thick is the case on the Borla that you are thinking of? Anything over 4" & you will have some issues. I would like to replace the bullets also, but have not been able to find a reasonable one that I like that is also 4".

Black Sunshine/ 00SS - have you considered flowmasters delta force muffs? they make 3" mufflers that are 3"x8"x6" for a single chamber and the 2 chambers are 12" long. i saw some pics of a guy that used them mounted right before the axle and then turn downs. they barely hung below his sfc's.
