Re: NO GAINS!!!!!! traction isnt the problem either i pulled off decent 60' times so that isnt it. and i ran my car like 12 times so it wasnt my fault, like i said i was consistantly running 13.4's at the track so i couldnt even beat my best time which was a 13.4. out of all of my runs my worst was a 13.9, so i do not think it was driver error. the only reason i got a 13.9 that time was because i bounced off the rev limiter in first. my previous worse that day was 13.6 so i was between 13.4-13.6 the whole day, talk about consistant! but i dont know. i think i will get my car auto tapped to c if i am running to rich, that seems to be what everyone says happens after header install, so i will and if i am running to rich i should get a maft right??? then i will gain my 30 hp back right??? i really hope soo!!!! my mission is to get 12's!!!

Re: NO GAINS!!!!!! I don't have headers yet, but I experienced the same thing, turned out to be the weather. My next time to the track I improved alot, I would not worry until your next time at the track. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Re: NO GAINS!!!!!! my mph's dropped that is my main concern, i was at about 107 to 108 and my best was 13.4, and now it dropped to 105 to 106. i do not understand!! also i cant fix the banging problem on the driver side with my mac y pipe. no matter how low i get it, it still bangs! any other suggestions on the banging problem other than, loosening it and lowering it, because like i said , i have done that like ten times now! thanks, and for the person that said get MAF ends, i ported the stock MAF ends my self. a while ago.
