Gutting cats?... How hard is it to gut your cats? I'm thinking of gutting my 98 Z28's, but I've never done it or seen it done, so I'm kinda in the blue. Also, is it any better to just go with an ORY?

Re: Gutting cats?... That's kinda what I figured. My cats need replaced, and I was already pretty set on the ORY, but thought if I could save a few bucks and get close to the same gains(temporarily), I'd give it a whirl. Thanx.

Re: Gutting cats?... I've bin researching the same topic.. wanting to gut my cat's but found that it's better off getting a off road Y pipe and kepp the stocker for air care. But don't forget to get the 02 sims.
