Re: New LS1 Engine Available! GM Performance parts has had this kit out for a few months now. It contains a camaro style LS1, a harness, and a 98 computer. The only thing is that the entire kit retails for 6,000 bux. For that money id rather buy a Shortblock and put headsand cam on it and buy the painless wiring harness and program it with ls1tech.

New LS1 Engine Available! I noted in a recent car magazine( don't remember which), that a complete, "turn-key" LS1 engine package was available from your local Chevrolet dealer, that was being produced with "stand-alone" harness & computer, so it could be installed in ANY vehicle!
