Default Locating and fixing a bad o2 sensor...where to find it and how to replace it??

I've been throwing a code for a bad o2 sensor.

My o2 readings on bank 1 side 1 are way off. Where is this sensor located and how easy is it to fix it???

Bank 1 Sensor 1? Drivers side top sensor. Look down the exhaust manifold right below the knuckle on the steering shaft and you will see a "plug" sicking out with a heavy insulated wire attached to it. It's right where the stock header tubes converge. Dunno what size wrench, haven't changed one in years.

I just used a crescent

You should be able to get at it and remove it from under the car no problem. The clearance between the sensor and the wheel well is tight, but it comes out.

The hard part is getting at the dern wire bung. The wire bung is located engine, drivers side. Don't forget to pull the blue holding pin on the bung first.

Good luck.
