I've lost at least a few and blown plenty of gaskets because of it.
I'm putting self-locking bolts on this time around.
(Specifically, people with cams and LTs)

I haven't had the bolts come lose but my flanges are starting to warp. I hate the stupid flanges and will be buying headers that are slip fit's to replace these.
