i have a ls1 wit a texas speed 28 28 588 588 112las cam, ported oil pump, lid ,ls7 lifters, hardened push rods, ported tb, ls7 timing chain, 600lift springs, street tune and my best 1/4 mile run out of 10 is a 13.56 at 104.99 is this normal. and wat do i need to make 12s my next mods are going to be some long tube headers and a dyno tune. plus my plugs are wet with fuel and the guy that tuned it said he can only fix that with a dyno run and he should be able to get me another 50 horse is this true?

As far as what mods it will take to get you where you want to go, thats to be determined. More importantly, you should take advantage of the mods you currently have.
I would definitely get the long tubes headers to bring out the full potential in your cam. Once you get those, take it to a reputable shop that will dyno tune your car and get good HP out of it.
Those would be the first two steps I would take to reaching your goal.

Well you should definately get headers. You should have gotten them before the cam. Also I would find someone else to tune it. If you had someone tune it and he didn't dyno it and you have plugs wet with fuel he obviously didn't do anything to help. A stock LS1 should run 13.50's at 105 easily. With a cam if your trapping 105 the car is not making any more power than stock. The headers will help but that guy jacked your tune up bad. As for running 12's with the headers, cam and a decent tune it should be no problem if you can drive at all.
