ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on?

ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? The other day i was driving around and all of a sudden the ABS INOP, BRAKE, and SERVICE ENGINE lights went on. i got very worried and i called my mechanic and he said to bring the car over. About 15 minutes when i arrived at my mechanic all the lights went off. I asked him to pull the codes from the computer. He tried, but said that computer had no recent codes. I thought that was really wierd, and i dont know what caused it. Today, driving home from work, i down shifted from 3rd to 2nd. The ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights went back on. I drove home and parked my car in the garage, with all the service lights on. Any idea what could cause this? Recently i got the following mods installed.Rotors, pads, brake lines, brake fluid, lower control arms, relocation brackets, panhard rod,shocks and springs. Perhaps something during the installation could cause this? I will bring my car back to my mechanic and see if its running any codes. The car has 37600 miles. The mods are in my sig. Thanks
Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? Check all your ABS sensors and what not running to and from your calipers, also check the traction control lines out back. Maybe something go knocked loose
Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? as of now thats the onlything I can think of because of the work you have done that seems like the only thing it could be. Do you know if your abs is still infact working regaurdless of the light?

Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? Yes check the ABS sensors on all 4 cornors (provided you have ABS and TCS) when i changed my rear end i started the car with everything off and i got all those lights from the Sensors not being plugged in.

The SES light is on all the time...
The ABS inop and E-brake light come on when I'm driving around town on slicks/skinnes...thinking about putting black tape on it.....

Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? Does it always happen when you down shift? Does your car have Traction Control? If you are letting the clutch out fast when you downshift you could be barking (spinning) the rear tires. If I do this on my car the Low Trac light comes on. I've heard that on people that don't have traction control they have a problem similar to yours where the ABS/brake lights come on.

Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? the lights are not always on, usually for about 15minutes. i brought it to my mechanic today and he couldnt find anything wrong with it. all the lights were on when i brought it and when i picked my car up the lights were off. also the lights do not come on every time i downshift. they usually go on randomly, and stay on for 10-15min. im going to get my abs sensors and fuses tomarrow. this is really bothering me...plz help!
Re: ABS INOP, BRAKE and SERVICE ENGINE lights all on? what tires are you running?? Any differences in rim or tire size from front to rear? If your rear tires are taller than your fronts it will set those lights. My et streets and skinnies set those 24/7 while driving around... i dont think i had a SES light though. Its gotta be a bad sensor if you get a SES
