Best underdrive pulley that will allow double roller timing set

I would like to buy an underdrive pulley that will allow me to use a double roller timing chain, it would also be a plus if it was a dampner/fluiddampner as well.

What is the best underdrive pulley for my needs?

i know asp has the lip for the doubles.

I am using the ASP Pulley with my Rollmaster Double Roller.

The slp or asp pulley will work with a double roller chain.

are either of those harmonic balancers as well?

is a fluiddampner any better than a normal harmonic balancer?
