Help me troubleshoot. -shiftlight
I hooked everything up good. I plugged the red wire into the ignition slot in the side fuse box. I grounded the black wire on a screw under the dash and I connected the green wire to the white wire on the pcm, no shift light! I cant figure it out. Anyone who can help, thanks

did you put a pill in/set the dial? if so check all of your connections, how did you connect the wires? crimp, soder...other? somewhere there is probably a bad connection, check the ground first.

Last night I had the dial set to 3k rpms and I went over that on a drive and no light. Im thinking of a better ground that is in the car, any ideas? Also, Im going to solder them today, that might be my problem as well.
Anyone who asked about a pill/dial settings, yes, the shift light has a built on rpm setting to where it lights up, very easy and for only 50 bucks.
Were would be a good place to get my ground? Also, what is the best 12v source inside the car that is easy accesable? I used a flat head screwdriver and pressed the red wire in the ignition slot (IGN is what it reads on the pull off panel) in the fuse box on the side of the dash, any better ideas on the source?
Thanks in advance.

i used the orange ign wire under the dash, but it might be a different color for your car. for grounds i used the bolts on the bracket that go under the steering column. or look for another factory ground under the dash.
