how many cutouts in your exhaust?
I lost HP and torque under 4200 RPM's capped with duals.
Gained 14 HP and 17 ft/pounds above that uncorrected (5400 feet) though. And I spend all my time up above that when I race.

Of course, this is a large cammed 402ci LSx through a Moser 9" and 4.11's. Probably benefits more from the cutouts than most applications would.
Duals are custom non-mandral 3" with Magnaflow mufflers.
