So you are paying $300 to have LT's AND TSP catted Y installed?? If so, that is not a bad price at all. One word of advice..when they are done installing it dont just pay them and say see ya later. Tell them you want to take the car for a ride first to make sure you have no banging on the floorboard. Get on it pretty good from a dig and also from slower speeds 10-25 mph at WOT. Make sure they dont need to adjust anything. You will know right away if it is banging. The drivers side cat sits up tight to the floorboard and I had a slight banging at WOT. I had to readjust a little on that cat and things were fine. If you are paying for it make sure you are satisifed before you give the final approval.

Basically yes.....I turned the pipe coming off the header collector to the drivers side cat until I was able to get a little more clearance for the cat under the floorboard. Take a Sharpie and draw a straight line across the joints on the pipes so you have a reference to see how much you actually moved it. I have maybe 5/8" clearance from the drivers side cat to the floorboard. I have NO banging issue at all. It takes some tweaking and patience to get it right. I also had access to a lift which made things a ton easier to see and adjust.
