what is the best
y pipe setup there is to still be smog legal in CA?
I have shoties, which do little if nothing at all
and a catback with the stock y. Looking for a bit more power before I get my car retuned.

There are people in cali running aftermarket y-pipes,but there not smog legal.Plus you won't gain that much power by switching to an aftermarket y-pipe.If you want more power toss out those shorties, get some longtubes and true duals. That's what I run and I also live in CALI.

ya how do you pass smog. I'm not interested in swapping my headers every 2 years to go through emissions.
