Just put On my QTP Long tubes with No ypipe(open headers) and didn't put my front o2's in yet. And no o2 sims either haha. So obviously, I am running rich and crappy, but it says I have random misfires as well. Is it because I may have damaged some plugs, or could the no sensors at all cause this?

You need those front 02's to be in, I wouldnt even start the car without them in. As far as the misfires go it could be a few things. Did you remove the plugs? Did you change the plugs? Did you remove the coil packs? Did you gap your plugs?
I've never seen misfires caused by running w/o O2's, but it's not impossible. Get your sensors in before you do anything else. You probably did crack a plug or two though.
