because of this, i purchased two 24" O2 extensions from Speed Inc. 3 weeks ago (which still haven't even shipped because they're on backorder and i haven't heard a peep from them btw ). when my stock O2's go bad, i'll either get another set of AC delco's or a set of denso oxygen sensors people rave about. if you need new O2 extensions, the pro's on this forum recommend either AC Delco or Denso.
yeah i was really close to going with the bosch until i saw a post by you saying they sucked. so i did some intensive research and what you said is true. i'm gonna go with 1 12" and 1 24" extension from ws6store...no backorder

well, i mean...see, i have no experience with them. i'm just saying, it seems the people that recommend the BOSCH 13111's are the people that have no experience with oxygen sensors at all and just regurgitate what they hear others say. i was all gung-ho to buy them. then i actually started reading what the pro's had to say.

i scoured the tuning forum and i found headache after headache by the guys that actually tune these cars. people constantly complained about the bosch 13111's switching very slowly. people were having all kinds of problems that were cured when they switched back to the stock O2's. the most experienced people say go AC Delco (expensive) or Denso (less expensive). these seem to be the two best O2's according to the pro's. yes, it's a lot less convenient to run the extensions, but it is what it is. personally, i'd rather lose the convenience of the bosch 13111's and get a plug that performs flawlessly. the bosch's also seemed to have a shorter lifespan. there were numerous complaints of them crapping out in a few thousand miles, compared to the tens and tens and tens of thousands of miles the stockers run to.

the pro's scared me away from the bosch's

and thanks for rubbing in the backorder if i would have known i'd STILL be without my order after NEARLY A MONTH, i would have paid WS6store the extra $15 instead of waiting for Speed Inc. what pisses me off is they haven't sent me a single email/no notification. i called them two friday's ago and they told me they were getting a shipment last week. well guess what, last week came and went and STILL NO SHIPMENT! it's got my plugs, wires, header gaskets, AIR blockoff plates ALL IN LIMBO because of these damn oxygen extensions...and with no feedback to boot it's not the backorder that makes me mad, it's the fact that they haven't even bothered to drop me a line after over 3 weeks of waiting for an order that was supposed to ARRIVE in 2-3 days according to their shipping map.

links to ebay for parts that LS1tech sponsors carry is also against forum policy.
cool thanks man... i edited it... just made it so you can't click on it, but the info is still there... hopefully that complies with the rules enough...
