1. You just have to line up the holes on the gasket and make sure they match the holes on the heads and headers.
2. Just ziptie the rear 02's to something under the car.
3.I didnt use loctite but i wish i did. I would use it.
4. Taking the coil pack off gives alot more room so i would just take it off and make it easier on yourself.

#3 --didn't use it and never have for exhaust bolts....just re-tighten every once in awhile....if problem persists, your heads are not true...or use new ARP BOLTS which I do. WHAT GASKETS ARE U USING---ONLY METAL WILL DO.

2. If you have them tuned out, can't you just unplug them and throw them in a corner somewhere?

3. Don't use the red ****.

Yeah but he is using the old to plug the holes i am imagining. If you go to an exhaust shop they have 02 sensor plugs then you can that.

since you have grade 8 bolts you dont need the loctite. You can just take the rear o2's off. Since you're not using them.

you dont have to use locktite, zip tie your o2 wires, its easier to do things when the coils are off

1. You didn't say what gaskets you are using, but stock GM gaskets do have a front and back, it's printed on the gasket, it says "manifold side".
2. Go to a local muffler shop and buy 2 sensor bung plugs. Zip tie the connectors out of the way after unplugging the sensors.
3. Nay, use anti-sieze.
4. Do your hands a favor and remove the coil packs.

I just put headers on my C5 and found that if I put a small washer then a lock washer prior to putting in the header bolt that the bolts don't back out.

On a C5 you can pull the rear O2 sensors out and so you wouldn't have to tie them up.

The gaskets should be self evident.
