I have that same set up (duals+xs). If you dont have egr or air you should either get race headers or at least have the egr tube cut off and welded up because it WILL break off and it can not be welded while they are on the car. The drivers side collector has a steep angle pointing up towards the floor board. This causes the pipe that connects to the collector to rest on the floorboard on my car, and it vibrates pretty bad under different conditions. Depending if they changed their mold there also might be other fittment issues w/ the headers. TSPs duals fit really well, but are a little tight to get on. Overall sound is really good, but theres still a ticking I just cant find

Haha I did a real ghetto fix on it. I tapped the egr tube where it broke and threaded a bolt in there. Once I knew how much went in, I cut the bolt to that length and put jb weld on it and the tube. Its held for a while and when I inspected it I havent found any leaks near there. You cant even see it unless youre looking up from underneath the car so its a pretty good fix till you can get the header off.

How do your xs headers and tsp duals fit together?

They fit together pretty well. Like I said, the drivers side collector is angled upwards pretty high, but you can still get the pipes on. The rest of the system is tight th get together, but it works. Just make sure you have ample time to do it because youll prob have to do slight modifications to make them fit. If I had to do it again, I would get a custom piece of pipe made to go from the drivers side collector to the second piece on of pipe before the x on the drivers side. There are a few pics of that on here of what Im talking about and it will make them fit so much better.

I just got my XS headers. They are incredible and are the race version. I haven't got my duals yet, but if anyone is selling some or knows of someone who is let me know. Thanks.
