It's amazing how hard it is to torque down the ARP bolt. I'm running one and it took my entire body on a pretty decent sized torque wrench before i heard it click. Not everyone can hit 240, but you'll want to get as close as you can. I also used blue locktite for ***** and giggles..

For ARP your supposed to use their Moly and the ARP guy told me 246 ft lbs...

do u need to take out the radiator to do the install??? ive done heads and cam, but i would hate to pull out the front radiator and condenser just for a pulley.

can it be done?? has it been done?

Problem solved, mike at straightline performance did it for me before the dyno tuning and he frickin did it in about 10 min. Took the old one off, put the new one in with the old bolt and torqued it to 240 then put the new gm bolt, no oven no longer bolts no radiator removal.
