what line lock do you like?
i want to put a line lock on my car its a pain doing a burnout cause the brakes dont hold the car back anymore. what is the best line lock i was thinking either SLP or Hurst from Thunderracing?

I've have the SJM hurst linelock and couldn't be happier. Have had it for over a year with no problems. I went with the hurst upgrade purly for looks over the standard line lock.

well sounds like everyone likes the SJM one thanks for the input and no my brakes are not warn out they still have about 4-5/32's on them yet i just upgraded to new control arms and sticky tires.

I have had the SLP kit on my car for about a year now, and I have not had one single problem with it. I bought it used too, for 50 bucks. The only thing I had to do with it when I got it, was extend the wires on it.

if you go racing, sadly, the SLP from what I've read in the brakes/suspension forum, is that it's not NHRA legal (I believe its something to do with the wiring and switching more than the unit itself) and like was also mentioned, also prone to failure sooner.

Not sure about that, you are the first person I have heard say that. If so, I dont race much at all.
