are they worth what they are asking for them or would you spend the 40 extra bucks and buy the magnaflow cats.

No kidding. I wouldn't go that route. I can't believe they couldn't come up with a better name than that. It's almost like they are trying to be deceptive and hoping people mis-read it as FlowMaster. I was hoping to see a cutout view of their muffler to see if it look like a Flowmaster copy cat.
