I had Lt's/ORY/Hooker a while back and didn't like it. IMO it was pretty raspy and wasn't deep at all.

I think Hookers look good, and sound great. ...and they're cheap too.

...but seriously, I was torn between Hooker and Magnaflow for a cat-back. I bought Magnaflow, and have no regrets, but I still like the Hooker cat-backs too.

Actually it's an A4. I launched from about 1400 with the stock tires on it still, so the best I got was a 2.0 compared to your 1.9, so that would put me in the 12's. Next time i go I should be there pretty easily. I just got a tune and I think my car responded really badly to my mods before it. It was rich when I took it to him, and the car feels a TON better now. I think 12.8's are in reach now. Maybe a bit better if it's a nice day too. I don't know.

I think your best bet would be to just get a aero chamber muffler and have someone weld it in rather than getting a new catback.

I love my hooker- I always love saying that.

Speedmonster I hear that sometimes rasp can be caused by sharp edges especially in some y pipes where they come together. That may have been the problem. But you have the even better true dual setup now so guess it doesnt matter. But I love my hooker system. It sounds so damn good.
