Name that connector

I have a connector under my car that I am not sure what is supposed to plug into it. It is the female part of the connector. It clips into place on the crossmember and it has another connector about 8 inches or so away from it that plugs into the back of the tranny. I am not sure what it is for but nothing is plugged into it. Was it possibly for another 02 sensor that came on the car? I have aftermarket headers / y-pipe and they were on there when i purchased the car so maybe it has something to do with that. If that is the case, should I leave it down there or is there a way to remove it without cutting wires?
