Spintech catback system.. question about muffler flow

Spintech catback system.. question about muffler flow I have heard that this muffler, though argueably the best sounding LS1 catback, is very restricive and has cost people 10-20rwhp vs a cutout. I don't mind giving up a few ponies, but I do not want to give up double digit ponies!
Here they measure their muffler CFM at 5 inches of water, is that standard?

Just wondering honestly if I can wait a year til I go true duals, or do I need to replace the muffler right now?
