You can either cut it at the I-pipe that goes over the axle (most convenient place to cut), or you can unbolt the PHB, unbolt the passenger shock, swaybar endlink, wheel, and lower the axle a bit so you can pull the catback out the side of the car in one piece. You'll also have to jack your car high enough to give you the clearance needed.
It will be easier to install the LM2 catback simply because it is not in one piece like the stock catback. You slip fit the different pipe sections together and clamp them. Much easier to do when working with the limited space.
