Any proffered brand? What else will I have to get with an UD Pulley? Pro's Con's? I searched UD Pulley and I really didn't get anything. So some link to a thread or any thing else would be nice.

I am running an ASP underdrive pulley and underdrive alternator pulley also. You will need a shorter belt. Mine is a Gates K060763. If you just run the underdrive balancer, you might need a K060770

Thats the one I have, it seems really nice, its still in great condition, plus the set from thunder comes with all the bets and stuff.

If I was ever going to do an underdrive pulley again, and wanted it to be 25% underdrive, I'd go with the ASP (I have owned and taken off my Powerbond). Personally, I went with an ATI Superdamper (stock size, so no underdrive), but I have an electric water pump, a Turn One power steering pump, and an underdrive alternator pulley. I just felt like being different.
