magnaflow cats # 94106 is basically a high flow cat in a stock look.. they will pass the sniffer for you.. BUT.. you better have a good tuner who can make the A/F adjustments in your tables if you go to long tubes.
oh and if you check Ebay for these... they go for $54 shipped.. so you can get a pair for $108

changed back to what? you WANT the tune to be dead on with A/F's anyways.. the cats wont make a difference on A/F's but the long tubes will... when you take the cats back off.. you're gaining a few HP.. but the tune will remain great.. no need to retune for removing cats..

well with long tubes.. you really need a small tune anyways, reguardless of if you have emissions or not.. thats my opinion.. some others my disagree.. others may agree. But in your case.. your A/F is critical since you will be going to be sniff tested.. so your A/F is going to need to be dead on...

The 275 is for the CA obd2 compliant cats. If you dont have to worry about visual just use the standard magnflow cats like a 94019 or 94009. Those are both 3" cats and they are 49 state obd2 approved so they will pass sniffer no problem. Not to mention you should be able to pick them up for 60-75 bucks a piece.
