Default high mileage maintenance

ok, the mileage on my camaro is getting up there. its a 98 auto z28 with t/tops and its at about 89000 miles. obviously changing the oil is going to keep her alive longer but seeing how as im about to hit 90k miles what else would you guys do? i changed the fuel filter at about 80k miles, i should probably change the plugs and wires right? i bought her with 68k on the clock and im not sure what the previous owner did as far as maintenance. car runs great, but i think my transmission might be on its way out. it shifts kind of hard and last week when i floored it from a 60 roll it downshifted fine but when the time came to shift it bounced the rev limiter. first time its done that. so let me know what fluids i should change, maybe i should do a seafoam? let me know, thanks guys.

My 98 just clicked over on 94k and I've done the complete Seafoam treatment (changed the oil 150 miles afterwards), changed the fuel filter (made it run smoother and the old one was shot), and I'm about to change the plugs and rear end fluid.

Time to change your tranny fluid, and maybe your rear fluid also.

plugs/wires/tranny flush with filter/drain and refill rear end/sea foam

I changed my stock plugs at 36k...and they were already wasted...so I would recommend getting your stockers out of there

Do your brakes! Brake fluid, pads, and if your stock rotors are warp, change them.

Just turned over 115k on mine... It's running good cept for a suspicious clogged cat... which will be fixed soon hopefully...

I always changed the oil every 3k miles using Mobil 1 10w30 for a higher mileage car... recently i've started to use the "Extended Performance" line for Mobil 1... Got my rear fluids changed a couple months ago, everything looked real clean... swapped plugs at about 85k miles. Done Seafoam 2 or 3 times. Just flushed the coolant system with my radiator swap... When I blew my tranny I had it rebuilt, I'm guessing that means new fluids...
