Tunnel Brace

My TSP's are having "clearence issues" with the tunnel brace. What will it hurt to leave it off?

most people running aftermarket ypipes take them off, i dont have one.

I made spacers for mine and dropped it down about an inch...still doesn't hang quite as low as ORY on driver's side.
