Yea... I used engine degreaser the other day...Imagine all of that white **** all over a nice brand new FAST 90 T-body, brand new heads, brand new FAST 90 intake, the strut bar etc....Never again..

I myself instantly noticed some low end torque with that thing... however, since this happened I'm thinking i might get rid of it if/when I get a new lid/filter combo... ya see I had to trim my TSP lid and cut off about a good inch of it to make up for the room the TB Spacer took up...here's a picture of it... it's got a corkscrew design in it which supposedly atomizes the air better...

This is why I recommend using ORANGE CLEAN for degreasing ANYTHING. Hell, I don't even use Orange Clean. I use the knockoff "Awesome Orange" that you can buy at the dollar store. It smells great, is 100% natural and harmless and gets off grease/oil/power steering fluid/brake fluid/trans fluid...you name it...like magic. And best of all, if you accidently ingest if for some reason, you're fine as it's a natural degreaser

yea.... i could paint it... but i live in an apartment complex in Phoenix, AZ now so besides not having all my tools I used to have at my parents house... the main thing is it's just too ******* hot outside for it to bother me right now 114 degrees ftl
114 degrees ftl i painted mine while it was still on the car.. just lay in some news paper where you dont want it to get and spray it.. but then again mine wasnt as bad as yours... but its not like you need a show quality paint job.. its a lid..
