Looking for True Duals intall pics and instructions.
Looking for True Duals intall pics and instructions. I have my true duals ready to install but they don't come with any instructions as where to mount the mufflers. It looks like you have to self tap them into the bottom of the rear seat area? Does anyone have any pictures or info or advice on what they did or how to best go about this? I was thinking about taking it to a muffler shop and having them make some custom hangers for it so I don't have to drill into the floor. Need ASAP. Please any info or advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
Don't use self tapping screws. Just mount the mufflers on and hold them up as high as possible to the floorboard, then mark the holes and drill some pilot holes. You'll then need to drill the holes all the way out (make sure you pulled the carpet back back before you started drilling) and stick some bolts through the floorboard and hangers.
