How loud will it be?
How loud will it be? I just want an estimate if this thing is going to be too loud for a daily driver.

I drove a 11.9:1 scr 383 LT1 with long tubes, no cats, and a Loudmouth. Cam was quite large as well... That was also pretty loud... drove that everyday.
But to answer your question... you can't. You need to know your neighborhood and the cops around. Plus you need to know your own tolerances. I say go for it. I love the volume.
hahah H/C, 3 inch exhaust and bullet mufflers! That should move grandmom out of the left lane. You should be able to DD as long as you eardrums can take it. I would also check to see how tough the cops are on noise first.
As far as I can tell there are no noise ordinance laws where I live. The most I'd be cited for is disturbing the peace...that's if I were to speed around sleepy residential neighborhoods. I don't plan on doing that. I had to help my buddy replace his fuel pump in his '98 TA and we had to cut his exhaust with a dremel at the rear axle to get the fuel tank out. He still has stock exhaust/headers with the Y pipe and it's pretty damn loud. Just wanted to know if it will be louder or as loud as his. I'm assuming louder with the mufflers, 3" pipes and tru-duals. Car is nearly complete though. I finished up EVERYTHING last night except for the alternator...still waiting on the pulley then I'll be ready to crank it over and watch the instrument panel light up like a Chrimstmas tree...but I hope it doesn't.
