Zip ties?! I bought mine from Thunder Racing and it came with bolts with those nylon locking nuts. I did mine while the headers were off and it still took about 8 hrs of wrenching, grinding, prying, drilling, even painting. Thank God my dad has a drill press!!! Doing that job with anything less would be a real PITA!
In the end I'm glad I did it though. Found that one of the stock mounts was broken. Now the engine sits still while loping.

Yeah, 4 bolts per mount. I used the same size bolts as the drill bit that I used. (Pretty sure 3/8")

I was wondering the same thing...
I drilled the rivets on mine with a Dewalt 18v cordless and a small vice. I used one battery to drill them both. Granted the DeWalt probably more heavy duty than most people have laying around but there is no need for a drill press. minimum you would need a halfway decent corded drill, good sharp drill bit, small vice or clamps to hold the mount tightly while you drill, finally a cold chisel or really big screwdriver or something to split the mount apart.
It for me it look the longest to get the lmounts back in and lined up. I had to loosen up the mounts form the block. then pry just a little to get the long bolts into place. After that reverse order and replace and re-tighten everything back up. I also had a motor mount bolt that I just could not get in straight and had to borrow a tap set to get the threads straightened up.

I used a handy-dandy 3" cut off wheel to cut off the heads. Then a regular drill to get the rest of it. Popped apart not problem.
Today was a friend of mines birthday. Didn't get much done on the car.

The motor mounts were awful. It took me and a friend at least 12 hours to take them out and put them back in. Lining them back up was the worse part.
I'd recommend at least having some ratcheting end wrenches and a grinder handy to grind down the tips of the bolts to a point. This way when you get close you can just hammer them home.

I finished the motor mount install yesterday. I also had a difficult time lining up the bolt holes until I loosened the bolts I had already tightened.
My advice is this: Don't fully tighten ANYTHING until all the bolts are in.
